Bilingual Sales Consultant Full-time

We are currently in growth mode and looking to expand. Our environment is casual, but fast-paced. The calls are high volume, so you MUST be able to maintain a positive, professional demeanor.

Responsibilities / Overview

  • Inbound Calls - Quality calls via in-house marketing *NO COLD CALLING!*
  • Contact prospects and field new calls from those seeking our services
  • Collaborate with and provide support to colleagues
  • Oversee individual account activity throughout the duration of services (general correspondence)
  • *This is an entirely phone-based position; no face-to-face contact required

What we are looking for

  • Sales experience (3 year) is preferred
  • Experience working in the following industries could be a plus: mortgage, real estate, debt settlement, collections, car sales, and/or personal finance
  • Outstanding telephone communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Superior time management
  • Impeccable multi-tasking abilities

Who You Are:

  • Speaks with a strong and clear phone voice (vocabulary and grammar included)
  • Smoothly, handles multiple tasks at one time
  • Exercises patience and compassion on the phone, regardless of caller demographic/identity
  • General experience with Word, Excel, and Sales CRM software
  • Willing to work in our office with other colleagues
