CNA Job Responsibilities & Duties:
- Assist with daily living activities including serving meals, ambulating, turning and positioning residents, etc.
- Help residents with personal hygiene
- Provide adjunct care
- Daily medical record documentation
- Assist the nurses and other staff as needed
- Provide resident comfort by utilizing resources and materials, answering call lights and requests, and reporting observations to the Charge/ Staff Nurse
- Adhere to professional standards, follow policies and procedures and abide by federal, state and local requirements
- Protect our values by keeping patient information confidential
