Forklift Driver

Forklift / Shuttle Driver (Class A CDL) drives yard dog to position trailers and drives propane powered industrial truck equipped with lifting devices to push, pull, lift, stack, tier, or move products, equipment, or materials. Inspects and maintains dry box and refrigerant trailers; moves trailers in and out of docks; operates forklift to load and unload trailers; places finished goods in appropriate rack locations (warehouse/cooler/freezer); maintains dock areas; and fuels yard dog and refrigerant units.

Forklift / Tanker Receiver tends pump that pumps incoming ingredients from tankers to storage tank and/or totes, and rinses tankers. Dips and pours sample of ingredient from vent hole of tanker into bottle for laboratory analysis; inspects tanker before off-loading; coordinates with chemistry lab for proper tote labels; stops pump when transfer is completed; rinses tanker with water hose; and maintains tanker bay area.

Requirements

• Proven experience and certification as a forklift operator.
• Ability to lift and throw up to 50 pounds.
• General labor experience.
• Basic knowledge of computers and printers.
• Math skills.
• Organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and familiarity with industrial equipment.
