A Day in the Life of a Foundation Operations & Events Coordinator:

This position works in collaboration with the Foundation staff, members of the Foundation Board of Directors, and volunteers to ensure operational program objectives, including event planning and execution, are met.

Here Is What You Will Be Doing:

  • Provides administrative support to Foundation staff and Board of Directors, including assistance with administrative processes and generation of donor correspondence.
  • Maintains donor contact information in Foundation?s development/fundraising database.
  • Provides financial management support, including assistance with invoice payment, financial deposits, and donation processing.
  • Performs as a key member of staff and volunteer teams planning and executing Foundation events.
  • Develops and maintains event management processes, including planning, execution and follow-up. Coordinates volunteer participation.
  • Provides social media and marketing support, including posting and management of Foundation social media accounts.
  • Creates Foundation marketing materials, in conjunction with the CRMC Marketing department and external vendors.

Desired Skills:

  • High degree of organizational skills, attention to detail, & sound judgement
  • Ability to work as part of a high-performing team as well as independently
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Working knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, and Internet Explorer
  • Working knowledge of current social media platforms
  • Working knowledge and experience in nonprofit operations, event planning/management, administration, and/or finance
  • Ability to interface professionally with CRMC physicians and staff, Board Members, donors and with the public.

Here Is What You Will Need:

  • High school diploma (or equivalent certificate from an accredited program) or higher degree

Nice to Have:

  • Volunteer experience
  • Event planning/execution experience
  • Administrative support or general office experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $27.75 per hour
