AJpc Management, LLC is a family owned property management company specializing in affordable housing. We have been in business for almost 10 years. However, our principles and management staff have over 50 years of property management experience and leadership. We offer professional property management with a hands-on touch.

Looking for experienced assistant property managers familiar with the Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program and Section 8 in Wilmington. LIHTC and/or Section 8 certification is required or willingness to sit for the certification. An ideal candidate must have good communication skills (written and verbal), excellent computer skills, can foster a professional work environment and professional leasing office for residents and prospective residents, works hand-in-hand with the property manager, and be an effective liaison between management, residents, and maintenance.

The position is flexible with the scheduling. Candidate will need to have reliable transportation. Candidate will have five or more years experience has a property manager and an associate degree is preferred but not required. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email.

Position includes paid time-off, holiday pay, and flexible scheduling. Salary is commensurate with experience.'
