Group Home Manager

HGA Support Services is seeking a Full-Time Group Home Manager. The candidate must have a minimum of two years of experience in Adult Foster Care.
Essential Job Functions / Job Specific Duties:
- Foresee the rights of individuals living in the homes, ensure documentation is completed and medical needs are met.
- Schedule staff for the needs of the individuals living in the home.
- Monitor home budget, manage spending, and maintain resident funds.
- Payroll Management.
- Promote support staff through effective training as required by Licesning and Community Mental Health.
- Cultivate good working relationships with clinicians, licensing consultants, and guardians.
- Uphold on-call availability to manage and coordinate emergency situations.
Skills
The Group Home Manager will demonstrate commitment to quality services, ethical leadership in the supervision of staff, and fulfill obligations as outlined in the policy and applicable laws within the home for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. All Group Homes operate under contract with regional mental health agencies and are licensed under Michigan's Adult Foster Care Rules.
Education / Employment Requirements
- College degree and/or relevant experience.
- Valid Michigan Driver?s License and proof of clean driving record.
- Minimum of two years of supervisory/management experience.
- Computer experience necessary for remote meetings, payroll management, and daily business operations.

Pay: $35,700.00 - $40,580.00 per year
