Work you'll do
You will use multiple consulting methodologies to bring innovative learning solutions to support the vital mission of a Department of Defense agency. You will work closely with mission experts, learning experts, and agency leaders to support learning solution development. You will maintain processes and policies of agency training functions, assess the effectiveness of offerings, and provide the support needed to ensure training enhances the mission.

Qualifications
Required:
- 1+ years of experience with Business Process Improvement
- Experience with Task Management
- Bachelor's degree required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Active TS/SCI se curity clearance required
Preferred:
- Familiarity with learning and/or human capital best practices
- Familiarity with DoD and Intelligence Community
