Summit Healthcare Services is now accepting applications for a Full Time Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant COTA. You will provide on campus Outpatient and Home Health services to our therapy patients in our exquisite ALF/ILF community in Scottsdale. This is an exceptional independent living and assisted living senior community with a warm and welcoming environment. We are looking for someone who can provide the highest level of patient care.

• This is the best COTA job out there 1 patient per hour relaxed atmosphere with no productivity requirement seeing 6-7 patients per day. This is true patient care and why we became therapists to truly help people.
• Consistent schedule every week! Paid Holidays!

• This is a Monday thru Friday position but could be flexible and you could work 4 days per week. Applications from all parts of the valley welcome!

Requirements

• Professionally Licensed in AZ as COTA
• CPR Certification and Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Must have valid driver?s license and proof of auto insurance
