Business Intelligence Analyst (Google Analytics)
Job Description:
Summary
Arrow Digital is looking for a skilled, highly-motivated individual to join the eCommerce team as a Business Intelligence Analyst. Strong candidates will harbor a passion for data-driven decision-making, a natively analytics mindset, and exceptional knowledge and experience in digital analytics (GA).
In this position you will develop dashboards, take part in tracking-related troubleshooting, and perform in-depth analysis to uncover new, actionable insights that will drive decision-making. You will be a part of small, but growing team that is building a data-oriented culture from the ground up.
What You'll Be Doing

• Utilize data visualization tools to provide statistical insight for the business analytics team
• Provide ownership over the business data and make recommendations on future action items
• Identify gaps in the current on-site behavior monitoring system and work with the business and developers to close them
• Find data opportunities to obtain more or better tracking data
• Analyze other data sources and integrate with digital analytics where possible
• Write acceptance criteria pertaining to analytics implementations, and perform acceptance testing
• Provide reports and fulfill ad-hoc analyses as needed
• Complete long-term analysis projects
• Stay up to date with new tools and methods in digital analytics, and push for improvements where appropriate

What Are We Looking For:

• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
• Strong communication skills
• Experience with PowerBI, preferred
• Experience in web analytics required; Google analytics preferred
• Experience in funnel analysis or ecommerce platforms, as well as in optimizing web properties

Education/Experience Requirements:

• Typically requires a 4-year degree and 2-4 years of related experience
• Bachelor's degree in business informatics, economics, computer science or related field

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$78,300.00 - $104,500.00
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
