Pangborn Blaster Operator/ Spray Booth Painter

Pay Scale: Level 1 ? 14.00 to 16.00
Position Title: Material Handler/Pangborn Blaster Operator/ Spray Booth Painter
Basic Responsibility (primary function):
- To collect, blast and package wheels for the Finish Paint Department.
- To perform data collection, inventory control, preventive maintenance and raw material kitting as required.
Prerequisites and Qualifications:
- Physical: Must be able to perform "heavy industrial labor".
- Lift 50 to 100 lbs.
- Stand for long periods.
Attendance:
- Must have an acceptable attendance record.
- Must be ready, willing and able to work reasonable amounts of overtime as required.
Educational Requirements:
1. High school graduate or equivalent.
VII. Advancement requirements:
Entry level:
- Must meet physical and educational requirements.
Mid level:
- Must meet Entry level requirements.
- Must have minimum six months on the job experience.
- Must be able to perform the following items from the Specific Responsibilities list without supervision.
Trained:
- Must be qualified for all requirements of Mid level.
- Must be able to perform all items from the Specific Responsibilities list, without supervision.
- Must have minimum of one year on the job training.
- Must be able to train entry level personnel for Blaster Operator Level I position.
