Marketing/SEM Manager Full-time

The Bryant Law Center is looking for a self-motivated Marketing Manager to join our team. The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our brand and practice. This position plays a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic to acquire leads and cases.

Our nationally recognized, award winning practice represents clients in personal injury, workers? compensation, and product liability cases. We take great pride in tenaciously representing our clients through the most difficult times in their lives.

Job Responsibilities

  • Website/PPC Management. Manage the firm?s website including website/SEO vendor management, content development and SEO/SEM strategies including Google Ads, Google Business Profiles. Responsible for planning, implementing, and managing PPC/web marketing, web analytics, content strategy.
  • Advertising Campaigns. Manage advertising creative production and media scheduling for TV, billboards, and online. Be mindful of the ethical rules that guide the practice of law and advertising.
  • Social Media Management. Create and implement social media strategies to increase followers and reach, drive engagement and enhance the firm?s brand. Create and manage Facebook ad campaigns as needed.
  • Community Relations & Events. Manage events and sponsorships including program ads, venues, vendors, signage and other related promotional support. Promote events on social media.
  • Email Marketing. Produce and publish newsletters and email blasts to clients and promotional lists.
  • Public Relations. Write press releases on firm?s news and accomplishments and distribute to local & statewide media.
  • Industry partners. Leverage relationships with industry partners and organizations to find best practices to improve marketing performance.
  • Budgeting. Manage marketing budget and approve invoices for payment.
  • Firm Communications. Communicate marketing activities and results as needed to the firm?s leadership team and to the staff as appropriate.

Qualifications

  • Digital marketing experience including website management & marketing plus social media.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to take initiative, employ good judgment, and manage projects from beginning to end.

Requirements

Bachelor?s Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or related area.

Pass a credit and criminal background check.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
