Summary:
In this role you will develop tool, implement designs, or integrate machinery, equipment or computer technologies to ensure effective manufacturing process. The focus will be on improving efficiencies within the team as well as the entire organization

- Prepare metrics and data collection documents for Manufacturing Engineering, Warranty/Service
- Provide support for entire Engineering Change Process
- Provide support to engineering for Epicor updates and maintenance
- Ensure Quality and Manufacturing SharePoint tasks list are completed and manage according to schedule
- Maintain first piece verification paperwork, audit, and support process as required
- Prepare Capital Expense request documentation for all Capital Expense Purchases
- Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean, orderly condition and follows prescribed safety procedures
- Adheres to company quality protocols and processes
- Perform job duties in an ethical, professional manner which is consistent with the H&S handbook
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Strong Organizational Skills
- Attention to detail with strong analytical and mathematic skills
- Strong time management skills in order to meet deadlines
- Be comfortable working in a fast paced Manufacturing environment
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Knowledge and working experience with Microsoft Office, (Word, Excel, Power-Point, Project)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of Epicor ERP software, PDM software (preferred)
