Facility Maintenance Personnel

The Facility Maintenance Personnel, will be responsible for general nonproduction area cleaning, assist with snow clean-up, mowing lawn, local pick up and deliveries and other miscellaneous facility needs.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Keeping floors clean in bathrooms, break rooms and office area.
- Clearing snow ? arriving at work 30 minutes early on days where snow would need to be cleared from walkways and building entrances.
- Mowing lawn.
- Local pick up and deliveries.
- General cleaning of employee facilities. (Rest rooms, Break rooms and Office)
- Cleaning and painting of machinery when requested.
- Implementation of safety practices.
- Pick up facility supplies.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
