This is a full-time, 2nd shift, benefit eligible position.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Correctly and carefully operate large industrial machines and industrial sewing products and assemble products per work orders, lists or packets.
• Properly store and mark sewn and assembled products and raw components materials.
• Update purchasing if material is substituted or changed during the sewing or assembly process.
• Coordinate daily work flow and duties of assembled and inventoried products.
• Package parts to insure the quality of the items.
• Keep tools, testing, weighing and sewing equipment in good working order.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time with frequent bending and reaching.
• Able to lift 50lbs occasionally
• Basic math, measuring and computer skills.
• Excellent hand eye coordination.
• Must have good eyesight along with the ability to differentiate colors.
• Flexibility to train on day shift until fully trained.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous Industrial sewing or machine operator experience, but we are willing to train and invest in the right candidate.

Work Schedule:

• 2nd shift: Monday ? Thursday 3:30pm-2:00am with optional overtime as the workload dictates. Must be willing to train on day shift hours.

Pay:
2nd shift: Up to $21 an hr depending on experience and qualifications

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift

COVID-19 considerations:
To keep our employees safe, we have staggered shifts, separated work stations, and disinfect work areas daily. We also completely exchange our plant air with fresh, outside air several times per day. Masks, safety glasses, cleaning supplies provided.

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• Machine operator: 1 year (Preferred)
• Sewing machine: 1 year (Preferred)
