Content and Digital Marketing Manager

Here?s the basic plot structure: next-generation fiber-optic technology, the most dynamic and authentic characters you?ll ever meet, taking over the telecom world. Since 2003, we?ve had a compelling story to tell and an audience eager for a new narrative and genuine connection. The ALLO Content and Digital Marketing Manager is more than just a word nerd with a red pen and rules about commas (it?s oxford or nothing). We?re looking for someone who can weave technical terms into real-life experiences. You?ll author a brand presence our customers feel compelled to identify with and chronicle the evolution of our fiber domination.
This position works closely with the website, analytics, new product, digital experience, and customer operations teams. You have a way with words, but we?ll also expect you to crunch some numbers. You?ll determine whether our story has a meaningful impact on our audiences or if a plot twist is needed. The ALLO voice is your domain, and you?ll oversee all aspects of it, including new customer acquisition, onboarding, retention, upselling, and everything in between.
Although an essay test is not a part of the interview, we?ll need you to prove you can handle the volume, specifically with marketing, social media, email, metrics, and communication. The newest member of our team will be a creator who can handle perpetual change in a deadline-driven environment and welcome it with enthusiasm, and maybe a highlighter.
Knowledge and experience are essential; we need someone with real direct-to-consumer marketing and brand management experience. - Kick-off the day by checking our team project management system, updating deadlines, completing tasks, and organizing your digital priority list.
- Analyze current digital ad trends. What?s performing? What?s not working as we expected?
- Take this data to the Marketing Manager to strategize on current campaigns and inform development for the next creative round.
- Prepare for a monthly presentation to ALLO leadership. You?ll translate impressions, CTR, and view-through conversions into a comprehensive overview that all departments can grasp and appreciate.
- Follow up and coordinate with vendors on digital campaigns, website updates, and the customer email journey across our ALLO fiberhoods.
- Review and approve creative from various agencies.
- Take some time to evaluate market research to ensure we?re at the top of our game when it comes to our competitors.
- Work with the product development team on new product rollouts, track and update existing product goals, and work together to keep our customers and teammates informed.
EXPERIENCE:
- 5-7 years in written communication and brand experience in the telecom or technology industry
- Fluent in Microsoft Office, if you can?t Excel, we can?t excel
- High-level competency in verbal and written communication
