Commercial Insurance Department Manager

Responsibilities
- Manage and motivate a team of account manager and Producers
- Develop and implement marketing strategies
- Find and develop relationships with new markets
- Evaluate current and prospective clients Risk profile and help propose insurance solutions
Respond to difficult client questions and requests to assist account managers
-Review and manage up coming renewals
-Assist with the placement of new Business
- Help train new account managers
- Maintain accurate records in the agency management System
- Manage Day to Day operations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Experience:
- Florida Agency management: 5 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- 2-20 FL Insurance License (Required)
