We are a growing office looking for the right individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. Attention to detail and taking care of our customers with a strong sense of urgency to address their needs. Establishing and maintaining a strong partnership with our clients for long-term relationships. NO insurance licensed required!
What we are looking for:
Summary
Provides office support to insurance agents including answering telephones, intake of prospective customers, scanning documents, CRM and other office systems for storing documents and updating customer records. 1st point of contact for new business entering the agency.
Our Staff
Managed by the Sr Agent and support staff of 2 licensed agents providing personal and commercial insurance coverages.
Minimum Qualifications
1-2 years receptionist or related experience preferred. Attention to detail, strong communication and written skills, outgoing and positive demeanor, and strong customer service skills. CRM experience a plus.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist agents with day-to-day operations and call flow.
- Caring and patient attitude when dealing with older customers that need extra assistance with customer service.
- Ability to accept more responsibility in the role as duties are mastered and training is provided to get to the next level of service.
- Accuracy and prompt attention to all incoming calls for potential customers including initial quote information relayed to lead agents to process.
- Answer phones courteously and professionally and generate quality messages.
- Take new assignment information and enter it into the computer. Provide quality transcription of reports and correspondence, if needed.
- Complete all duties in a timely manner.
- Build customer relationships through support services.
- Review Client Instructions and procedural manuals and maintain compliance.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by Sr and Lead Agents.
