Digital Marketing Account Manager Full-time

Our client is excited to hire an experienced Digital Marketing Account Manager who can be the bridge between the client and the agency and take full responsibility for managing relationships between key business stakeholders while exceeding expectations.
You will own the client relationship and must also have the skills to produce the deliverables with excellence.

The work: What will you be doing all day?

  • Manage and engage in frequent client contact to ensure the client feels comfortable and heard; solve current problems; anticipate client needs to avoid potential obstacles to achieving total client satisfaction. Serve as the senior-level primary point of contact for several clients in the business portfolio.
  • Create compelling content including press releases, social media content and programs, digital campaigns, and brand and paid partnerships.
  • Draft and refine social media strategies, perform social media audits and competitor analyses, and prepare key findings reports.
  • Lead weekly social media content meetings, develop social media content calendars, handle community management and engagement, and conduct social media reporting and analytics.
  • Develop and manage project timelines utilizing ClickUp and other tools to ensure that deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Calculate campaign budgets, manage client retainers, and track time used to ensure projects are delivered in budget and within the scope of work.
  • Leverage traditional media, digital, and emerging technologies for PR programming and influencer outreach.
  • Understand client needs in order to engage in detailed conversations and identify new business opportunities that maximize agency proit.
  • Lead client meetings, manage effective internal and client brainstorms, develop creative client programs, lead pitch presentations, and provide insight and strategic recommendations to client teams.
  • Conduct research, prepare competitive analyses, perform platform audits and stay abreast of current events that affect clients.
  • Easily execute all aspects of implementation with strong attention to detail.
  • Support the new business pitch and acquisition process.

Your Experience & Skills

  • You love to write, are a creative writer, and you always double check your writing to catch typos and grammatical errors (obviously).
  • Deeply focused digital skill set across platforms, social, email, web, paid social
  • 6 - 8 years in advertising, integrated marketing communications, digital marketing, public relations or client-side role with direct client management and account service responsibility
  • Undergraduate degree required, Master?s in related field strongly preferred

Other

  • Atlanta preferred; hybrid work schedule. Remote considered.
  • Interest in impact organizations, arts, and culture is helpful.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
