USIG has been an authorized flooring provider for the nation's largest home improvement retailer for over thirty years. Based upon our continued success and growth across the continental U.S. USIG is looking for a Customer Care Specialist for our New Orleans, LA facility.
Job Description
This is an office-based position, assisting with the flooring installation process from beginning to end. Must have great customer service skills.
Responsibilities include:
· Constant interaction with our retail partner, installers, and customers
· Schedule installations and confirm appointments with customers
· Monitor and track installations and service calls
· Solve customer problems and issues
Job Requirements
· Bilingual candidates (Spanish) are a huge plus
· Previous Customer Service experience
· Strong phone presence including the ability to solve customer issues.
· Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
