Job Description

We?re looking for someone who can take some simple instructions and return real results.

We?d like to give you potatoes and get back french fries with all of the garnish and decoration!

You should be a quick learner, because we are always evolving.

Therefore, we?re looking for a relentlessly positive person with a can-do attitude who is comfortable meeting tight deadlines and working in the fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Job Responsibilities

The Office Administrator is vital to the success of our company:

  • Performs professional clerical, secretarial and general office duties to assist management in meeting department goals on time and within budget.
  • Is primarily responsible for coordinating and supporting office activities, including facilitating adherence to company policies, rules and regulations, ensuring operations are efficient and run smoothly.
  • Performs various office duties as required, including but not limited to ordering supplies, working with vendors and customers, and assisting in preparing documents, letters, as well as email and calendar management.

Requirements:

  • Prior office management experience preferred.
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Exceptional verbal and communication skills.
  • Problem solving and decision making skills.
  • High attention to details.
  • Technical skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office and other office management tools and applications.
  • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • New Orleans, LA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 1 year (Preferred)
