Required Skills

Bachelor?s or Master?s degree in Architecture from an accredited program

3-5 years? relevant experience

Strong attention to detail, presentation, client management and communication skills

Strong Architectural skills in design, detailing and construction administration

Self-motivated and with strong ethics

Proficient in REVIT, Bluebeam, 3D software, Adobe suite and MS Office

Responsibilities - May assist the Project Manager or lead the following tasks:

Meets with clients to gather requirements for projects

Assist with putting the design schedule together

Complete project specific Code Analysis

Coordinate and manage consultant?s workflow

Sets up project files and drawing sets utilizing firm standards

Works individually and with the team in developing planning and creative-design

concepts of a project

Assists with leading and preparing of the documents for SD, DD, and CD

Leads the CA phase for the firm

Works with the specification writer to prepare a complete and accurate project

manual

Produces 3D renderings to present the design to clients
