- College degree preferred, but not required.

What kind of training will I receive?
University of Famers is a nationally awarded program. You'll receive 5 weeks of training through their program as well as a three day District Boot Camp to really set you up for success.
Is prior insurance sales experience required?
No! You don?t need to know anything about insurance or insurance sales to apply. We provide all of the product and sales training that you?ll need to be successful!

Will I have to purchase my own leads? We provide $500 worth of leads each month to new agency owners.
Is this a commission-only position? Yes. As an agency owner you are your own boss. There is no supplemental base.
