Team Lead Senior Health
The Team Lead for Ignitist Senior Health program will be responsible for providing outstanding customer satisfaction while achieving monthly sales goals. The ideal candidate is motivated and driven by constant challenges and incentives, as well as open-minded to new ideas and improvements. We will provide you the tools and ongoing training needed to be successful. In addition, the Team Lead will support colleagues as it relates to systems, product knowledge and best practices.

Responsibilities
Quickly grasp new concepts and product offerings, including Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, Prescription Drug Plans, and other ancillary health products and be able to convey helpful hints and instruction to the team of agents.
Provide an excellent consumer experience for all callers and be passionate about helping the senior community
Guide consumers through the health insurance policy selection and application process and serve as subject matter expert for health insurance enrollments
Learn and adapt quickly, while following Ignitist?s internal policies and procedures
Serve as an example of professionalism, productivity and leadership for all other agents on the team
Comply with Federal CMS and State legal requirements and standards
Drive continuous improvement throughout the sales floor, raising opportunities for improvement to management
Assist team members with Medicaid verification and escalate/answer questions
Facilitate two bi-weekly touches coaching sessions of 30 mins with agents identified in team for improvement and guidance
Fill out coaching/improvement forms for agents identified in team structure in collaboration with supervisor for review
Live listen and monitor team chats for support, guidance, and to assist with overall sales performance of team and agents identified
Review reports such as After Call Work, Dispositions, Agent state details, etc. Run/Review and coach agents that have discrepancies on these reports to help improve overall workflow and sales.
Coordinate with supervisor and other team leads to identify areas of improvement, workflow, and sales performance as a whole team.
Qualifications
Previous Medicare insurance sales experience preferred, but not required
Highly driven and competitive in nature
Professional and motivated self-starter
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to demonstrate outstanding customer service
Computer proficiency, including the Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, with, consumers, co-workers and Management
Ability to work in a fast-paced, exciting, and performance-driven environment
Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
Some evenings and Saturdays may be required
All other duties as assigned
