Commercial Account Manager

This position entails working with all aspects of property and casualty insurance products as they relate to commercial insurance. We prefer previous commercial insurance experience. Obtain a State of South Dakota Property and Casualty Producer license within 90 days of employment start date.

Main duties include managing a high volume of customer service responsibilities such as making changes to client policies and preparing polices for their renewal. You will have a close working relationship with the commercial producers to maintain the highest level of service for our clients.

Must be computer savvy and possess excellent customer service skills. Attention to detail is key in this role.

Primary Functions:

• Provide day to day customer service for clients.
• Work closely with commercial producer?s on building and maintaining their commercial book of business.

Major Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls from clients regarding changes to policies, certificate requests, questions regarding coverage on their policies and many other duties as they relate to servicing commercial client accounts.
• Assist commercial producers with new business quoting and renewal preparation.
• Maintain a positive working relationship with underwriting staff of our insurance carriers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

License/Certification:
