Currently looking for a dynamic, experienced Community Manager to manage 400+/- pad Manufactured Home Community. We're looking for self-starters and results-driven candidates who demonstrate the resourcefulness, enthusiasm, and relationship-building skills essential to offering the highest level of service and communication to prospective residents, residents, vendors, and team members.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Collecting Rents
• Issuing Resident Notices
• Increasing occupancy by selling homes and finding homes to move into the communities
• Advertising available homes and lots
• Overseeing maintenance technicians to maintain curb appeal and repairs
• Working with contractors
• Attending court cases for delinquent residents
• Working closely with the Regional Manager

Qualifications:

• Demonstrate strong effective oral and written communication skills
• Proven track record of overseeing communities
• Experience with MS Office Suite- Word, Excel, etc.
• Property Management software experience a plus
• Ability to respond to resident concerns/questions effectively and professionally
• Must be flexible and willing to travel to other properties
• Ability to multitask

**Customer Service Experience a Plus!**

Education:
High School Diploma required, Associates/Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
