Dynamic, Experienced Community Manager
at Missouri in Missouri (Published at 28-01-2022)
Currently looking for a dynamic, experienced Community Manager to manage 400+/- pad Manufactured Home Community. We're looking for self-starters and results-driven candidates who demonstrate the resourcefulness, enthusiasm, and relationship-building skills essential to offering the highest level of service and communication to prospective residents, residents, vendors, and team members.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Collecting Rents
- Issuing Resident Notices
- Increasing occupancy by selling homes and finding homes to move into the communities
- Advertising available homes and lots
- Overseeing maintenance technicians to maintain curb appeal and repairs
- Working with contractors
- Attending court cases for delinquent residents
- Working closely with the Regional Manager
Qualifications:
- Demonstrate strong effective oral and written communication skills
- Proven track record of overseeing communities
- Experience with MS Office Suite- Word, Excel, etc.
- Property Management software experience a plus
- Ability to respond to resident concerns/questions effectively and professionally
- Must be flexible and willing to travel to other properties
- Ability to multitask
**Customer Service Experience a Plus!**
Education:
High School Diploma required, Associates/Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
