Compensation: $15.00 hourly

Compass Health Network is looking for an individual to weekend evening shift on Sat/Sun as a Direct Support Professional on our residential unit providing services to youth clients. This is a FT position (32 hours) and the shift would be strictly an overnight shift from 12am-8am Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday of every week.. The DSP is responsible for supervision of consumers to ensure their safety and well being. CHN team members enjoy a collaborative team environment and competitive benefits. Other Responsibilities of the Direct Support Professional:

Provide group education.
Transport consumers as necessary.
Log new medications and store appropriately on unit.
Observe self-administration of medicine on unit.
Assist with orientation of new consumers.
Complete paper and electronic documentation within required time frames.
Supervise/monitor consumers/collect and process UD's
Ensure safety of consumers by appropriately responding to crisis situations as they occur.
Assist client(s) with transportation as clinically indicated. Driving is an essential function of the position

Job Requirements

High School diploma/GED Preferred

A valid unrestricted driver?s license at the time of hire with the ability to obtain and maintain a class E MO driver?s licensed by the end of 60-day introductory period required
