Your role at PFH:

As a Patient Service Coordinator, you are responsible for providing coordination of operations within designated service delivery areas including staffing needs, program operation gaps, etc.
You will:


  • Be knowledgeable of Preferred Family Healthcare (PFH) Policies and procedures.
  • Be knowledgeable of PFH Integrated health services procedures.
  • Maintain confidentiality of Protected Health Information as directed in HIPAA training.
  • Work with a team to solve problems in the assigned offices.
  • Work with program supervisors to ensure that all positions/shifts are covered in case of absences. This may entail on-call hours.
  • Provide assistance with the onboarding process for new associates and ensure new hires are scheduled to attend New Hire Orientation.
  • Assist program supervisors with managing associate staffing events and changes for associates.

We think you'd be great for this role if you have:


  • HS Diploma is required
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • At least 1 year experience in a secretarial or receptionist position
  • At least 2 years relevant experience in an integrated health field is preferred
  • Human Resource experience is preferred
  • Schedule Management experience is preferred
