Product Marketing Manager

Facilisgroup is a leading technology provider in the Promotional Products industry headquartered in Brentwood, MO. We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager; a creative and inspiring individual to work with current and future brands. This individual should have a curious nature about them, thrive in an environment where multitasking is second nature, and possess strong analytical skill set that allows for them to keep an eye on the marketplace to build strategies that target our perfect customer. This individual will be excellent at communicating the ?why,? ?what,? and ?when? of current and new solutions to potential buyers and internal colleagues. The position reports to the Director of Communications.

You know what makes a product unique: You deeply understand where the product sits in the marketplace and the key messages that resonate.

You are able to rally the marketing and sales teams around the product?s unique value ? both how it helps customers and stands out from the competition.

You know the customers? pain points: You?re obsessed with understanding what the customer needs, and intimately know the buyer?s persona profiles by heart.

You know the market: You are encyclopedic when it comes to the product landscape in the promotional product industry. New competitors, changing customers, you can adapt to it all.

You are able to anticipate market shifts based on the metrics you track, enabling the team to become more and more skilled at marketing the products.

You really know the go-to-market: You are able to align the customer facing teams with the outward marketing strategies and website messaging, collaborating on a strong, cohesive GTM strategy.

You know how to drive product adoption: In collaboration with the Brand Marketing Manager, you are effectively telling a story ? ultimately ensuring that new product features and launches convince the customer that you?re solving their problem, which excites and inspires them to adopt.

You know what the rest of the organization needs: You are attuned to others and understand what your teammates must know about the customers, the market, and the product in order to be successful. As the product expert on the marketing team, you can spot opportunities and points of confusion ahead of time.

In this role you will:

Ensure that the Facilisgroup portfolio of products, solutions and features are presented and marketed in a clear way that highlights their benefits. Collaborating exceptionally well with product and marketing to align on the core strategies that promote value to our customers. From a technical understanding of the product, to defining personas and completing competitive analysis, you will bring an expertise to the team, which centralizes on a deep empathy for the customer experience, an acute awareness of organizational sensitivity and a great understanding of what teammates need to best represent the product.

As a Product Marketing Manager, you bring with you:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to position and launch multiple products that exceed business goals
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• The ability to influence and work collaboratively with sales, marketing and product management is especially important
• Ability to quickly understand how a product is sold and the channels they are sold into
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Comfort with CRM software
• Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
• Experience marketing software

Education:

• Marketing or equivalent degree preferred.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years in product marketing preferred.
• Promotional Product Industry experience preferred.
• Proven success in building and implementing cross-functional marketing plans.

Bonus:
