We are searching for Multiple Positions to join our team at one of our properties in Charleston, SC.

Job Purpose/Functions: An inspector must ensure that room attendants meet all compliance and performance standards and that all resort unit interiors meet cleanliness expectations. Duties may also include prepping and cleaning units, training staff, and quality control. Provide the very best service to ensure that owners and guests have a positive vacation experience.

• Prep and clean units, including but not limited to bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, closets, desks, and floors.
• Assist in the training of all staff, existing as well as new hires.
• Report unit maintenance issues.
• Examine carpets, drapes, and furniture for damage or wear.
• Retrieve housekeepers to address any areas that need to be re-cleaned.
• Replace missing inventory.
• Assist in solving guest complaints promptly.
• Assist in maintaining clean and organized storage closets. Assist in the list of supplies.
• Utilize supplies and equipment efficiently.
• Report any lost or found items.
• Ensure that all staff appears professional and is in full uniform.
• Exemplify a sense of urgency with housekeeping staff to ensure all units get turned on time.
• Willingness to perform site operations duties as assigned by manager.

Job Purpose/Functions: The Room Attendant cleans condo and resort-style rooms to ensure an inviting and comfortable experience for our guests.

• Cleaning, making beds, replenishing linens/amenities, and vacuuming.
• Cleaning units may include but are not limited to: bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, bedrooms, fans, and porches.
• Other duties may include, but are not limited to: cleaning porch furniture and outside of entry doors, cleaning and maintaining porch fans.
• Responds promptly to execute and deliver guest requests.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Purpose/Functions: The Houseman supports the Inspectors and Room Attendants in meeting quality and timeliness standards. Perform any combination of light cleaning duties to maintain resort establishments in a clean and orderly manner.

• Carry linens, towels, toilet items, and cleaning supplies using wheeled carts.
• Disinfect equipment and supplies using germicides or steam-operated sterilizers.
• Empty wastebaskets, empty and clean ashtrays, and transport other trash and waste to disposal areas.
• Observe precautions required to protect hotel and guest property and report damage, theft, and found articles to supervisors.
• Replenish supplies, such as drinking glasses, linens, writing supplies, and bathroom items.
• Clean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies using vacuum cleaners and shampooers.

Job Purpose/Functions: The Common Area Attendant is responsible for meeting quality and timeliness standards in cleaning public areas at the resort. Provide the very best service to ensure that owners and guests have a positive vacation experience.

• Empty trash bins. Wipe down outside of trash cans.
• Vacuum welcome mats.
• Maintain clean elevator doors. Clean elevator tracks and walls and floors inside the elevator.
• Maintain parking areas free of debris.
• Clean hallways and walkway railings.
• Assist in maintaining storage closets.
• Ensure a safe environment for guests and employees.

Characteristics/Skills for Success:
