Join our Employee-Owned Company as a Cad Technician for SGH Concepts, a division of SGH Redglaze Holdings, Inc. This position is out of our Omaha office.
Responsibilities
Will include preparing shop drawings bill of materials, and field use drawings of the architectural products supplied and installed by SGH Concepts, as well as technical support to Project Managers. Additional responsibilities may include field measurement of job sites using 3D laser scanning technology.
The successful candidate may use 3D scanning technology and software to manipulate collected data into useable field dimensions for creation of shop drawings for a specific project

Rate of pay based on experience
Minimum Requirements and Qualification:
Applicant skill set should include the ability to use AutoCAD, Revit, computer experience with Microsoft and Google products, and Bluebeam. Reading and understanding architectural and structural drawings, specifications, and other basic construction documents such as: ASI, RFI, CPR, etc. Applicant should be flexible in managing multiple tasks/jobs simultaneously. Strong verbal and communication skills between managers, and other staff in addition to previous experience in a similar position are required.
Applicant must pass drug screening as well as have an excellent driving record and a plus if having experience driving a pickup truck and trailer.
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
