Job Summary: Amentum has an opportunity for a highly qualified expert in Command, Control, Communications & Computers (C4), Cyber, and Mission Resilience to serve as Director for these important Amentum capabilities. This is a hybrid position with varying combinations of remote and client-site work (both from the Camp H.M. Smith, Hawaii area); it will also include approximately 25% of job-related travel.
Your overall responsibility will be serving as Amentum?s point of contact for all Cyber and Enterprise Services solutions in the delivery of Amentum?s portfolio of expertise by providing knowledge, techniques, and expertise as it relates to Cyber security and Enterprise solutions and innovation. You will apply your knowledge of cyber security and applicability to the USINDOPACOM and associated services communities. Your focus will be on the innovation and integration of cyber capabilities by providing research, analysis, planning, coordination, and multinational integration for cyber initiatives - one key customer you will support is U.S. Indo-Pacific Command (USINDOPACOM). You will also work with respected and experienced business growth professionals to support our clients in helping them to design operationally focused Cybersecurity, Enterprise Services, and innovative solutions to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of multiple clients including USINDOPACOM, associated Department of Defense (DoD) Service organizations, and partner-nation capabilities.
You will:

• Orchestrate strategic development, design, implementation, and operation of cutting-edge service offerings that include the following: security operations, cyber strategy, security architecture, threat detection, incident response, enterprise services and cloud security across multiple technologies.
• Support customer solution and innovation assessment delivery and execution with a growing team of Cyber Strategy and Innovation professionals across multiple domains.
• Develop cyber strategy and Enterprise services capabilities and solutions to address root cause issues that most concern USINDOPACOM across aerospace, defense, energy, C5ISR, Innovation, Training and complex operational mission requirements.
• Apply Amentum?s growth strategy and solutions to address USINDOPACOM?s strategic, operational, compliance, and financial risk management requirements and build long-term strategies to ensure mission critical assets are secure for logical and physical.

• Master's degree
• At least 10 years' experience in the Department of Defense (DoD) in a related field
• At least 5 years' experience in developing cyber strategy by leveraging people, processes, and technology, including building highly technical delivery teams, and working within the government to identify obstacles and construct optimal solutions for specific challenges
• At least 5 years' experience working in the USINDOPACOM AOR
• At least 5 years? experience conducting cyber research, analysis and assessments
• At least 2 years' experience of demonstrated management of IT networks, systems, and/or capabilities
• At least 1 year of experience working multi-national engagement projects
• A thorough understanding of network operations is required in order to identify potential use cases for new technology
• Experience working military plans and/or operations
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing in order to provide information, articles, written reports, and presentations to include delivering executive summaries to flag and general officers (FO/GO) and Senior Executive Service (SES) level officials
• Experience providing regularly scheduled project plans and status reports
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Position requires approximately 25% of job-related travel
• Due to the nature of the work, must be a U.S. citizen
• Must have an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility

Preferred Qualifications:

• Graduate of Service Command and Staff College
• Graduate of Joint PME
• Knowledge of USINDOPACOM Headquarters structure, processes, plans and strategy
