Electromagnetic Warfare and Spectrum Operations Lead

Key Role:
Apply in-depth Electromagnetic Warfare (EW) and Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (EMSO) understanding and expertise to our military clients as a team and market development leader. Design novel approaches that advance joint missions, streamline processes, and promote an integrated operational culture. Combine advanced consulting skills, technical expertise, and business savvy to conceive and execute strategies to realize inventive solutions for longstanding and complex problems.
Basic Qualifications:
Experience with government, military, or defense-related industry on Electronic Spectrum and Warfare Operations
Experience with non-kinetic fires joint planning, coordination, and assessments
Experience with modern information technology, including cloud computing, data analytics, artificial intelligence and machine learning (AI/ML) technology, and advanced visualization techniques
Knowledge of the governance, policy, operations, requirements, capability acquisition, program planning, strategy, or research and development of Electronic Warfare or Spectrum operations
Knowledge of friendly and threat radar systems, EW intelligence data systems and databases, and directed energy weapons
Knowledge of critical modern warfighting constructs, including Joint All-Domain Command and Control (JADC2), Multi-Domain Operations (MDO), Information Warfare (IW), and Advanced Battle Management System (ABMS)
TS/SCI clearance
HS diploma or GED and 10+ years of experience in Electronic Warfare, or Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications:
Experience as an Warfare or Spectrum Operations specialist in the USINDOPACOM AOR
Experience with EMSO planning and EMS battle management
Knowledge of Joint Publications 3-85, and CJCS 3320.01
Knowledge of the DoD EMS Superiority Strategy, and the Joint Concept for EMSO
Ability to work within DoD Programs, Planning, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) and Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) processes
Master's degree, or a graduate of U.S. Military or War College
Clearance:
