The position of Medical Scribe/Medical Assistant (Full-Time) is a unique position because you are trained in several of our departments and assist where you are needed.

Our Scribes, are responsible for being the liaison between our Electronic Health Record (EHR) and our doctors. We have integrated both the role of back office assistant and scribe to ensure work flow continuity. The Scribe helps to coordinate patient care with the rest of our patient care team.

Our Medical Assistants work closely with our patients and doctors while learning new and exciting medical applications. Because of the nature of this position, flexibility and accuracy is key. This role is responsible for assuring that each visit's set-up is completed in an efficient and effective manner, which includes room set-up, data entry, processing prescriptions/prior authorizations and assisting with certain medical procedures.

• Able to type 50 wpm (typing test link will be sent via Indeed)
• Scribe experience required
• Must be currently residing on Oahu, Hawaii.
