RMC / MSP Technician & Dispatcher ? 2nd Shift Weekends

As an RMC / MSP Technician & Dispatcher, you will perform remote maintenance, installation, and support on a variety of computer and specialized equipment.

Job Duties

· Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email

· Dispatch service request to field Service Engineers when unable to resolve remotely.

· Provides Level 1/Level 2 remote troubleshooting. Accurately assess the customer?s product issue or problem. Asks the user well thought out or detailed questions and carefully listens to the user?s responses to fully comprehend the need, product issue, and best avenue for resolving the problem.

· Monitor ticket systems

· Escalate unresolved issues to next level of support

· Research customer problems/issues to increase personal knowledge and familiarity with the supported product and to provide the highest level of support possible. Keeps current on most recent changes and/or upgrades.

· Identifies and resolves application and service issues and any other questions that may arise. Answer general application questions.

· Continuously improve product knowledge and skills.

· Installation / Configuration / Removal of approved patches, software

· Remote provisioning / troubleshooting of equipment

· Provide additional support during system updates, installations

Minimum Qualifications Requirements

· Various positions/levels available, entry level positions are available for the right candidates.

· Be on time, dependable and trustworthy. Have good character.

· High School diploma or equivalent

· Minimum 1 year of desktop support experience

· Ability to work independently and with a team. Teachable and able to follow directions.

· Ability to multi-task

· On-Site position. Not a Remote work position. Role(s) and other opportunities can grow based on candidates? individual growth.

Other Preferred/Bonus Qualifications

· Associates or bachelor?s degree

· Professional IT Certifications: Security+, Network+ or A+ Certificate

· Banking experience

· Able to type accurately and efficiently at a speed of at least 40 WPM

· Proficient data entry skills

· Basic knowledge of specific product(s) supported.

· Demonstrates communication and customer interactions skills.

· Works on projects with limited scope and complexity.

· Follows standard practices and procedures.

· Possesses analytical and interpretive skills.

· Tech savvy with working knowledge of office automation products, databases, and ability to learn LSC applications quickly

· TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, WINS, SNMP, SMTP protocols, etc.

Weekend Shift: 3-12hr shifts compensated 40 hrs working 9:00PM-9:00AM
