StaffLink, a St. Louis recruiting firm is seek 2-4 contract recruiters to fill approximately 45-50 full-time positions for an organization on the east coast. Each contractor is required to fill 15-18 positions over the 4-5 month period. Recruiter should be placing appx 1 candidate per week.

We are seeking recruiters with different recruitment experiences. The positions include several executive level positions, quite a few degreed/mid-level positions, a hand-full of IT needs and several clerical/administrative positions.

The contract would begin by August 1st and end the first or second week of January.

We intend to pay a hourly base rate plus a bonus per filled position. Or the recruiter can negotiate a fully commission percentage.

Recruiters can work mainly from their homes. Do not have to live in St. Louis.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

• Bonus pay
