Summary:
General: Responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing safe and appropriate care for the Women's Health Pavilion. Responsible for fiscal management, performance improvement activities, and compliance with all relevant policies/procedures and regulations. Manages all aspects of personnel processes. Communicates information effectively. Ability to make timely decisions and manage change process. Must interface with all departments as part of the management team. Responsible for oversight of delivery of care to the obstetrical patient, newborns and GYN surgical patients. Interpretive skills, frequent interactive and consultative associations are inherent in this position.
Will consider candidate with five years relevant experience. Excellent communication skills and ability to relate well with people of diverse backgrounds, training and experience. Ability to respond and withstand crisis situations.

- BLS - Basic Life Saving certification
- BABY Certification-15 Hrs Online, 5 Hrs Observation
- S.T.A.B.L.E. - Post-Resuscitation/pre-transport stabilizatio
- NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Program/ Certificate
