The USPB Fee Services team supports Asset and Wealth Management through maintaining and improving our fee platform, technology, processes and procedures. We are leading change in the organization by driving toward business decision making support and analytics. As part of that effort we are seeking an individual who will identify, plan and execute change projects within Fee Services, Change Mobilization, Core Technology, Risk and Business Partners.

We focus on evolving the organization's capabilities to move from lower to higher-value added tasks, and creating agile processes, teams and infrastructure that enable differentiated client experiences and outcomes. We follow a hypothesis-driven, data-informed approach to identify opportunities and employ co-design principles to create effective, scalable, well controlled solutions. Those solutions seek to differentially equip our people and support their development as Operations professionals of the future. We serve the broader organization and maintain a service-oriented attitude in all that we do.

As part of the Fee Services team, you will work with the Core Operations Intelligent Automation team as well as AWM Central teams focused on Business Process and Decision Management, Intelligent Automation, Business Intelligence, Analytics, Service Design, and various product teams.

Responsibilities

Lead and Drive High Value Automation Engagements: As an experienced Operations professional, you will lead and execute critical projects to model the current and future state process model/decision models, drive their optimization, automate them in partnership with Intelligent Automation and Technology, and manage key stakeholders across Asset and Wealth Management

Capability Building and Product Management : In addition to supporting key initiatives, you will help drive the support and growth of the low code automation capability, and data analysis center of excellence across all aspects. This includes driving product strategy, methodology, developing and implementing governance and quality control standards, creating implementation playbooks across both the process and decision automation capabilities.

Partner to design and drive data architecture: Part of your responsibility in this role will be to analyze, understand and help develop our data analytics capability

Modeler: As an expert modeler, you will also be required to follow the standard notations, version management, use of asset libraries etc. to build high quality models. The responsibility will include providing guidance, support and training to other process modelers on the standard notations and procedures, build standard dictionaries and asset libraries, review and publishing of models.

Leadership: As a senior member of team, you will be required to drive agenda, actively contribute to team's strategy and direction, and lead members of the team across all facets above

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead and drive key intelligent automation, data, process and decision automation engagements across Fee Services
  • Drive and product manage intelligent automation, data analysis, BPM and BDM capabilities in a holistic manner for Fee Services
  • Be an active member of the Design Modeling Center of Excellence and support the community of practice members.
  • Actively participate and provide hands-on support during problem identification sessions, to help capture and document problems, major issues and actionable opportunities
  • Manage and track deliverables, and provide status reports as required by management
  • Develop deep trust-based relationships with stakeholders, and colleagues
  • Partner with other Operations and Technology teams to track and monitor deliverables as they implement recommendations
  • Support the automation of process and decision models with Technology
  • Drive training courses across Fee Services related to Intelligent Automation
  • Identify and raise potential roadblocks / obstacles and escalate issues to the team
  • Interact with other high-performing teams within JPM to inspire innovation and champion change throughout the bank
  • Continually look for opportunities to support the team's service offering with a focus on repeatable, scalable, exportable practices and tools

Qualifications
  • 10+ years of combined experience across operations and technology including operations, project and development
  • 5+ years of experience managing change management teams with focus on process change and project management
  • Exposure to data management, applying technology tools to operations and achieving benefit
  • Experience product managing and rolling out technology solutions and / or low code capabilities within operations organizations
  • Hands on experience with intelligent automation tools such as Signavio, Alteryx, Tableau and Xceptor
  • Must have expertise of process improvement and process re-engineering frameworks like Lean, Six Sigma. Yellow Belt or higher is a plus
  • Proven record of using process mapping and improvement techniques to improve process and decision efficiency, and identifying control gaps to improve overall operational capabilities
  • Ability to hold and independently drive stakeholder and working group conversations on project
  • Understanding of core concepts of data analysis, ETL, and management e.g. KPIs, KRIs, KGIs etc.
