Foreman

Minimum Qualifications

Run a Team of 4 to 5 Finishers and Laborers on a variety of Heavy Construction Jobs

Read Blueprints

Experience with bridges, concrete paving, mechanical construction, underground utilities, site work, pile driving, and excavation.

Experience running machines and training others on how to run machines

Carpenters

5 years of verifiable experience

Master Carpenter

Job Description: ?Constructs, erects, installs, and repairs structures and fixtures of wood, plywood, and wallboard, using carpenter's handtools and power tools, and conforming to local building codes: Studies blueprints, sketches, or building plans for information pertaining to type of material required, such as lumber or fiberboard, and dimensions of structure or fixture to be fabricated.?*

Operators Licenses preferred but not required.

Job Description: "Digging and filling holes and trenches, setting pipe, maintaining pipe elevations, grading trench with stone, beveling pipe edges, making airtight pipe connections, operating a pipe laser, and any additional tasks on the construction job that would require a Pipe Layer.?

Laborers

1 year verifiable experience preferred

Job Description: ?Digging and filling holes and trenches, removing excess dirt or grout away by hand from augers as the auger progresses, except as provided in other classifications, loading, unloading and stockpiling materials, Cleaning and sweeping, driving stakes, stripping forms, ripping out material which is to be discarded, ground clean-up of roof removal work, performs roof removal work for demolition, clearing and grubbing, flagging, and any additional tasks on the construction job that would require a laborer.? *
