Member Experience Specialist (Teller)
Del Norte is seeking a dynamic full-time Member Experience Specialist at our Rio Rancho Branch to improve the lives of others through demonstrating performance excellence.
The successful candidate will provide assistance to our valued members and be responsible for processing a variety of paying and receiving transactions and for balancing cash daily, opening new accounts & maintenance while providing outstanding member service. We are seeking out-going & friendly, professional, self-motivated candidates with strong customer service skills, high attention to detail and effective communication skills.

Requirements include:

• H.S. Diploma or GED
• Prior customer service and cash handling experience, strong computer and math skills, including proficient 10-key skills.
• Solid organizational skills and proven job stability a plus.
• 6 months to 2 years of similar or related experience.
• Previous financial institution experience preferred.
