Member Experience Specialist (Teller) - Northern Region
Del Norte is seeking a dynamic full-time Member Experience Specialist to improve the lives of others through demonstrating performance excellence.

• Branches for our Northern Region include Espanola, Los Alamos and White Rock locations.

The successful candidate will provide assistance to our valued members and be responsible for processing a variety of paying and receiving transactions and for balancing cash daily, opening new accounts & maintenance while providing outstanding member service. We are seeking out-going & friendly, professional, self-motivated candidates with strong customer service skills, high attention to detail and effective communication skills. Must be available to work some Saturdays at our Espanola Branch.

Requirements include:

• H.S. Diploma or GED
• Prior customer service and cash handling experience, strong computer and math skills, including proficient 10-key skills.
• Solid organizational skills and proven job stability a plus.
• 6 months to 2 years of similar or related experience.
• Previous financial institution experience preferred.
