We are currently looking for someone to join our dedicated front desk team here at one of our downtown hotels. We are searching for a candidate who is looking to get their foot in the door with a very rewarding company. We have full-time openings currently and are looking to move forward with the perfect candidate very quickly.

Guest Service Representative/Night Audit

• Responsible for greeting and registering the guests
• Providing outstanding service to guests during their stay
• Settling guests accounts upon their departure from the hotel.
• Quick problem-solving skills for unique/challenging situations.
• Upbeat, positive and willing to go above and beyond attitudes.
• Providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests prior to arrival and throughout their stay.
• Maximizing room revenue and occupancy.
• Balancing accounts with little to no error.
• Must be able to keep a calm and cool head during busy times
• Basic accounting principles
• Other duties as assigned.

Starting pay is $14.00 per hour

We do full background screening and drug screening. You must be able to legally work in the United States.

We offer full benefits for full-time team members after 60 days. That includes dental, medical, and vision.

• Hotel Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
• Front Desk: 1 year (Preferred)
