Project Manager Addx Corporation, an established SDVOSB, is seeking an experienced project manager candidate to assist in managing a major small business set aside program for the Naval Information Warfare Center Atlantic (NIWC Atlantic) Expeditionary Enterprise Systems and Services (E2S2) Division. We are seeking a strong knowledgeable candidate familiar with IT requirements associated with information warfare requirements for the USMC and Special Operations Command in full-spectrum C4ISR systems and services. The candidate will assist in leading a team of over 50 knowledgeable enterprise IT system technical resources helping E2S2 assess current system architectures; identify steps necessary to secure these systems; develop and deploy solutions into a commercial cloud production environment. Other enterprise IT services will include data hosting, lifecycle planning and sustainment support; enterprise networking services (Local Area Network (LAN), Wide Area Network (WAN), and Base Area Network (BAN) connectivity; expeditionary communications services; garrison communications infrastructure; and logistics lifecycle planning and sustainment for expeditionary forces worldwide. The candidate should be familiar with and demonstrate an understanding of how to work with integrated product teams (IPTs) to include:

• Enterprise Network Infrastructure (ENI) IPT

• Enterprise Service Information Technology (IT) Management (ESITM) IPT

• Enterprise Systems and Services (ES2) IPT

• Enterprise Engineering and Integration Services (E2IS) IPT

• Special Operations Communication Systems (SOCS) IPT

NIWC Atlantic provides design, acquisition, and sustainment services for Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC), United States Marine Corps (USMC), US Navy, and United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) Information Technology (IT) systems. The NIWC Atlantic E2S2 Division provides the technical capability to deliver and sustain cyber-secure systems, networks, and services that enable the USN, USMC, and USSOCOM Information Warfare (IW) superiority by providing IT infrastructure procurement, integration, and delivery along with technology roadmaps for modernization efforts of enterprise network infrastructure, cloud architectures and application migration. Education: Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Mathematics, Management Information Systems, or Business. Experience: Ten (10) years of direct work experience with C4ISR projects in support of Department of Defense (DoD) efforts. Eight (8) years of direct work experience, to include design, development, production, installation, and test & evaluation of Computerized Systems, associated systems, and /or subsystems. Four (4) years as manager of Navy or USMC C4ISR programs, to include: supervising project personnel and/or team, scheduling work, writing proposals and/or preparing bids, and experience ordering and/or transporting equipment and material. Experience may be achieved simultaneously; individual shall have knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and DOD procurement policies and procedures and individual shall have written and oral communications abilities commensurate with this management role.
