Job Description
ACCOUNTABILITY:
Position ¡s to manage the day to day receipt of cash and checks from customer sales rep, prepare bank deposit and update cashiering system
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
. Provide dedicated cashiering support in a professional, confidential and organized manner
. Ability to verify CR deposits and prepare consolidated bank deposit on a daily basis
. Update the cashiering system by CR and customer-specific information
. Daily interaction with all Functional Teams
. Maintain a high level of integrity and professionalism on a daily basis
. Ability to work proficiently and calmly under pressure situations
. Ability to track CR over/short amounts in excel and communication issues back to CR or sales manager
. Administer specific applications/time-bound processes to include specific ERT, ESC and excel

. Must be a strong team player and assist other department staff when necessary

Qualifications/Requirements
. 3± years? experience Admin Support Consumer Goods Company
. Working knowledge and experience in Microsoft Word for Windows, Excel
. Ability to become proficient ¡n multiple IT applications
. Experience ¡n prioritizing work and multi-tasking - Strong sense of urgency
. Outstanding organizational and follow-up skills
. Excellent verbal communication skills
. Attention to detail
. Respects & values differences, acts with integrity, and operates with justice
