VP of IT Core Systems

Del Norte Credit Union is seeking a dynamic VP of IT Core Systems to improve the lives of others through demonstrating performance excellence.

The VP of IT Core Systems oversees development of application development and IT analyst responsibilities of the credit union. They are also responsible for core systems function and IT process improvements. This person is responsible for data reporting and analytics output from IT and identifying ways to improve reporting and information access to all employees including oversight of database administrative functions.

Job duties of this position include but are not limited to:

  • Strategically outlines improved ways to deliver data and distribute information from IT.
  • Works with eServices personnel to maintain eServices platforms and develop eServices strategies.
  • Directs Application Development team to ensure development tasks are worked according to priority.
  • Maintains third party development relationships, holds them to deadlines and works with team complete contracted projects.
  • Works to identify and develop efficiency improvements including system integrations and automation opportunities.
Requirements include:
  • Five years to eight years of similar or related experience.
  • Equivalent to a college degree (BS or BA in a relevant field).
  • Proficient in Keystone and knowledgeable of system parameters and configuration.
  • Knowledgeable on credit union processes and procedures.
  • Familiar with data warehouse structures and methodology. IT owner for data warehouse solution.
