Dynamic individual looking to grow the Mortgage and Real Estate Professionals Lincoln branch! Three years of government/agency experience with FHA and VA IRRRL streamlines and purchase business. Experience with DU/DO and Non-QM products for Approved Eligible Status. Full-Time employment.
Culture and attitude as valuable as experience and hard work in our office. Looking at working with mortgage and real estate professionals with an average of 20 years experience. This business model is built on operations and the expansion of this department to support a limited amount of sales professionals. Loan Officer Assistants and Processing Openers are in the business model for greater support. Q2 Expectations:
-20 loans closed a month
-More operations support as needed
-Funded loans in Q3 and Q4 will Double with the growth of additional support this model is set up for success!
