Member Experience Specialist (formerly known as a Teller) / Midtown Branch
Del Norte is seeking a dynamic part-time Member Experience Specialist to improve the lives of others through demonstrating performance excellence,
The successful candidate will provide assistance to our valued members and be responsible for processing a variety of paying and receiving transactions and for balancing cash daily, opening new accounts & maintenance while providing outstanding member service. We are seeking out-going & friendly, professional, self-motivated candidates with strong customer service skills, high attention to detail and effective communication skills.
Must be available to work some Saturdays at our Cerrillos Rd Branch.
Requirements include:
- H.S. Diploma or GED
- Prior customer service and cash handling experience, strong computer and math skills, including proficient 10-key skills.
- Solid organizational skills and proven job stability a plus.
- 6 months to 2 years of similar or related experience.
- Previous financial institution experience preferred.
