The Position
Tire Rework/ Repair III must be able to read specs, know all tire components used in Mixing, and follow safety and quality standards

• Responsible for operatoring machine, including: recipe weight measurement, exchange of pallets, rubber containers, and trolleys, sequencing, and control panel operations.
• Responsible fo marking and identifying compounds, including special markings for Halobutyl, B460, and clean out compounds
• Handling transport and storage of materials ans compounds
• Responsible for batch release of rework compounds
• Possess and apply problem solving skills in case of machine cycle issues
• Read specifications, use hand tools, and gauging devices, to monitor current and ongoing product quality
• React quickly to equipment downtime or other extraordinary condition, and must notify supervision whenever such conditions occur
• Perform actions with a control panel interface, both automatic and manual

Qualifications
Basic Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• At least 1 year in a manufacturing environment
• Successful completion of a minimum WorkKeys:
• Applied Math 3
• Reading for Information 4
• Locating Information 3
• Willing to work 8 and 12 hours rotating shifts- days, evenings and nights
