Job Description
Days Inn and Suites Horn Lake, MS is currently looking for a Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor and evening shift that understands the concept of exceptional hotel guest service. The Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor is responsible for front office operations, Must be able to multi-task, and prioritizes with excellent follow up skills and customer service. Responsible for ensuring 100% guest satisfaction.

As a Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor your responsibilities will include:
*Greeting guests and checking them into and out of the hotel, fulfilling their requests during their stay, answering telephone inquiries with proper etiquette, making reservations, and other duties as assigned.
*Maintain a high standard of professionalism when representing the hotel.
*Assist with sales efforts in soliciting new business and in selling guest rooms.
*Assist as needed with hotel and sales related functions.
*Able to work through customer service related issues and problem solve.
*Complete night audit procedures as work schedule dictate.
*Ensures all cash and cash equivalents are accounted for and balanced at the beginning and end of each work shift.
*Performs all other job related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
*Available on flexible shifts on Weekday, Weekends and Holidays.
*Must be over 18 and have a valid driver's license.
*Possess strong written and verbal communication skills as well as exceptional time management abilities.
*Previous hotel front desk experience desired.
*Strong computer proficiency.
Required experience:
- Customer Service/Hotel Service: 1 year
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $8.00 - $9.00 per hour
