Inside Sales & Service Representative Full-time

The America?s headquarters located in Fort Mill, SC is seeking a highly self-motivated and detail oriented Inside Sales and Service Representative to join our Passenger and Light Truck (PLT) group. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, is dependable and accountable.

  • Hours: 11am ? 8pm & 9am ? 4pm during training
  • Provide Account Management ? understand multiple customer requirements.
  • Provide instruction and support for various accounts
  • Participate in customer collaboration meetings/conference calls
  • Project Work
  • Process and mange customer orders via, fax, phone. e-mail and EDI from order creation to customer invoicing. This includes order entry, stock location, EDI management and delivery note creation.
  • Process customer request for return goods.
  • Handle inbound customer calls. Must meet stated department phone objectives.
  • Establish and maintain a working customer relationship
  • Provide daily feedback to customer, sales and supervisors on order and inventory status, via reporting standards
  • Conduct customer visit when needed. Travel to customer location may be required, up to 10%
  • Maintain customer database and current customer account information
  • Conduct outbound solicitation to various dealers, associate dealers, mass merchandisers, buying groups and large multiple retail location accounts. Must meet department objectives.
  • Ensure the best possible fill rate and timely shipments by reviewing inventory availability, offer alternative product and warehouses, and maintain various customer tables
  • Collaborate with logistics, marketing, warehouses, traffic, credit, commercial division, commercial buy line, sales, field sales reps, accounts and peers to ensure that process and procedures are being utilized to achieve an effective level of customer service
  • Maintain knowledge in product and policy

  • Bachelor?s degree
  • 1-3 years previous Inside Sales or Customer Service experience
  • MS Office experience
  • Legal Authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas now or in the future for this job opening
  • Moderate experience in Excel & PowerPoint
  • SAP/Oracle or any relative ERP experience
