Continental - Winchester has a great career opportunity for a Controllers for Printer production line. This is a high demand position within the Production line that requires strong leadership skills and an ability to multi-task. The Controller position is a key member of the production line that assists with troubleshooting and ensures the continuation of production throughout the shift. This position will be on nightshift (shift 7pm-7am) which will work on a 4 on 4 off schedule.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform setup and operations of the print stations
• Monitors and tests quality per specifications
• Follow schedule and instructions for each product lines specifications
• Troubleshoots as needed to meet required measurables when not meeting specification requirements
• Ability to respond to mechanical failures as needed
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Must follow all safety and environmental policies

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:

• Must be able to read tape measure
• Must be willing to work overtime and night shift
• Must be able to use hand held micrometer
• Must pass color test
• Communication skills
• Effective Team Player

Desired Qualifications:

• 2-3 years previous manufacturing experience
• Preferably line operations skills (minimum 1 year)
